Our tests and our laboratories have received the required permission from the relevant U.K. regulatory agencies.
We work in partnership with laboratories that have been approved by the Care Quality Commission and the United Kingdom Accreditation Service.
Our tests are fully approved by Public Health England and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.
We offer two types of tests:
1. Tests that can detect the virus directly (also called viral PCR tests)
2. Tests that check for your immune response (known as antibody tests)
Our tests can be done in the following ways:
1. Test samples are taken by yourself via a home test kit which is delivered to your chosen address. The test sample is then sent back for analysis to our laboratory. Test results are received via encrypted email.
2. Test samples are taken by a health care professional at a designated location (e.g. at your home or at your office). The test sample is then sent back for analysis to our laboratory. Test results are received via encrypted email.
The PCR Swab test is for adults and children.
The antibody test is only for adults aged 18 and over.
Our service is for UK residents only.
